Where your ad budget goes — and what the business gets from every dollar spent.

We verify Google Ads, Meta and TikTok together with analytics, landing pages and business economics. We define which data can be trusted, what to keep and what to fix first.

Four situations

An audit is needed when there is plenty of data, but it still does not lead to a clear decision

  1. Situation 01

    You work with a contractor

You need an independent campaign assessment without discussing personalities or automatically changing the team’s requirements.

    We assess decisions, not people

  2. Situation 02

    You manage advertising in-house

You need to test structure, data and priorities and find points the team may have stopped noticing.

An outside view of familiar decisions

  3. Situation 03

    Acquisition cost is rising

You need to separate market changes from problems in the campaign, creative, audience, analytics or landing pages.

    The market or your system

  4. Situation 04

You plan to increase the budget

You need to understand which connections justify scaling and which risks will grow with spend.

Scale the work, not the losses

The audit goal is not to prove that everything is configured incorrectly. The goal is to provide enough facts for the next decision.

Before campaign analysis

If conversion is measured incorrectly, campaign optimisation only accelerates the mistake

Budget path

We do not verify the account in isolation, and the entire path from cost to business result

  1. 01EconomicsWhich target action creates value, what acquisition cost the business can support and what data is missing for the calculation
  2. 02CampaignHow the budget is distributed, what gets priority and whether the structure reflects real business needs
  3. 03Query or audienceWho the business is actually buying: people with the right intent or cheap visits with no continuation
  4. 04AdWhat expectation the advertising creates and whether the offer fulfils it

Target model

campaigns are assessed not by someone else’s checklist, and for the specific business task

The difference between the current state and the target model is not automatically an error.

For each deviation we explain why it matters, which data confirms it, how it affects the result, what changes after correction and how to test the effect.

Result

One document: what to keep and what to stop, what to test and what to fix

3–5 main findings, their impact, level of evidence and recommended decision.

Cost allocation by platform, campaign and task, with efficient use and attribution limitations identified.

Conversions, actions, duplicates, value transfer, attribution models and discrepancies between systems.

Where the advertising promise continues on the website and where a gap appears.

The order of changes, dependencies, expected direction of impact and testing method.

Solutions with sufficient evidence of effectiveness, or that are unsafe to rebuild without additional testing.

Clear actions that do not require a contractor or a separate project.

Turnaround report: map budget and priorities

For some changes, the result will be a procedure, requirements or a separate brief, not a ready technical specification for complex implementation.

Confirmed by data

Tracking is correct and there is a sufficient connection between spend, target actions and the business result.

Calculated assessment

A range can be determined from available data, but attribution or business context has limitations.

Requires testing

Additional data, analytics fixes or a controlled test are needed.

If data in the account, analytics and CRM do not match, we do not choose a convenient number — we show the discrepancy, its possible causes and a testing procedure.

How the audit works

Five steps from context to review

The report and all materials remain with you regardless of who implements the changes.

    Artefact · report and plan

We not change campaigns for time auditin and do not look for a contractor to blame for the change.

The audit is conducted without editing campaigns. We assess decisions and data, not people: if campaigns are configured reasonably, this is recorded separately in the report. Ongoing management is not mandatory — the plan can be given to the internal team or current contractor.

The access level and connection method are agreed with the client. We do not contact the current contractor without direct instruction, but we cannot guarantee technical invisibility of access.

After auditin

Three possible next steps — and none of this is mandatory

(01) Journey

Your team or current contractor implements

The report becomes an independent priority map. If needed, we provide a separate consultation after implementation.

  • Plan
  • Priorities
  • Verification

Report → Priorities →
Implementation

What this givesYou do not need to change the contractor to fix the system.

(02) Journey

Sheker.Agency takes over campaign management

If the client makes this decision independently, ongoing management is assessed separately.

  • Management
  • Separate assessment

Solution client →
a separate agreement

What this givesPortals and data remain the client’s property.

(03) Journey

The problem lies outside advertising

If the main loss occurs on the landing page, in the offer, analytics or checkout journey.

  • CRO
  • UX-audit
  • Redesign
  • Configuration data

Loss after the click →
work on the website

What this givesThe audit ends with evidence-based decisions, not a new campaign.

An audit does not have to end with a new advertising campaign. it becomes a justified next decision.

Questions

What usually ask about audit advertising

Yes. We assess campaigns, data and decisions, not a person’s overall competence. The report records what is a problem, what is not and what works reasonably.

No. We work with access without editing permissions where the platform supports it. Any changes happen only after the report and a separate client decision.

We do not contact them without your instruction. However, new access or activity may be visible in the system depending on the platform, so we do not promise technical invisibility.

Yes. This is an audit of several platforms with a separate scope and cost. Channel comparison makes sense only after testing the data and attribution differences.

This will be recorded in the report together with evidence, limitations and the conditions under which the current structure can be retained or carefully scaled.

If analytics and attribution allow it, we will show confirmed data. If systems produce different figures, we will define a range, the reasons for the discrepancy and a testing procedure.

Usually, access to advertising platforms and analytics without editing permissions is needed, along with information about margin, target actions, CRM and important changes. The final list depends on the challenge.

The founder is responsible for business context, key findings and the final review. The analysis is performed by the Sheker.Agency team in a shared advertising, analytics, UX and CRO context.

Start

We define at the start, Which decisions should an advertising campaign audit provide

A 30-minute online meeting with the founder. We discuss platforms, budget, target actions and the problem that needs testing. After the conversation, we define the scope, required access, timeframe and audit cost.

We will send confirmation and a meeting link. No presentations – straight to your numbers.
