AI belongs where it saves measurable time or money.

We do not sell “artificial intelligence implementation”. We calculate how many hours a month go into repetitive operations — answering the same questions, describing products, processg enquiries and consolidating data — then launch a pilot where the savings are greatest and easiest to verify.

Diagnostics · 4–6 week pilot · Measurable savings

Approach

AI is valuable where an operation is repeated every day. Elsewhere, it is an expensive toy

Most failed implementations start with a tool: access is bought, an assistant is connected, and nobody uses it a month later. We start with the process and arithmetic: how many times per month the action is performed, how many minutes it takes and what an error costs.

If the savings do not exceed the cost of the model and support, we will say not to implement it. This is part of the work, not a refusal of the project.

  1. 01How many times a month is the operation performed
  2. 02How many minutes does one iteration take
  3. 03What does an error or delay cost
  4. 04Is there an organised data source
  5. 05Can the answer be tested automatically
  6. 06What is the public cost of a mistake in this journey?

Where pays back

Four directions, where the benefit is calculated fastest

These are journeys with high frequency, a clear data source and the ability to test the result.

01 · Support customers

Answers to common questions

The assistant handles your documents: availability, delivery, returns and order status. Complex requests go to a person with the context already collected.

02 · Catalogue and content

Descriptions, specifications and translations

Generation and normalisation of product content using your templates and brand rules, with review before publication.

03 · Sales

Lead qualification and preparation

Enquiry analysis, data extraction, manager prompts, draft replies and call summaries in the deal record.

04 · Internal routine

Documents, reports, knowledge-base search

Data summaries, recurring document drafts and fast answers from the company’s internal materials.

We calculate the benefit in hours and hryvnias, not in percentages of “efficiency improvement”.

Pilot

One process, limited scope, verified savings

A pilot answers simple questions: how many hours and how much money this really saves in your business, not in the vendor’s presentation.

  1. 01Choice process
  2. 02Baseline measurement
  3. 03Journey and data
  4. 04work with control
  5. 05Decision: scale or not

We take a baseline before implementation; otherwise it is impossible to prove a change after launch. If the pilot shows no savings, we do not propose scaling.

Honest boundary

Risks, that must be closed before launch

  1. 01 · errors

The model may be confidently wrong

We limit answers to your sources, add testing and hand off to a person. In sensitive scenarios, a colleague always has the final say.

Source limits · Checks · Escalation

  2. 02 · Data

    Confidentiality and processg location

Before launch, we document what data is transferred, anonymised, which provider and processg region are used, and how long queries are stored.

NDA · Data policy · Minimise transfer

  3. 03 · Cost

    Scope cost grows with usage

We calculate the cost per operation and set limits. The solution must not become more expensive than the manual work it replaces.

    Limits · Cost monitoring

  4. 04 · People

Without a team, the tool does not take hold

Training, clear usage rules and scenario ownership. Otherwise everyone returns to the old way of working within a month.

Process

How the project works

After diagnostics, you receive a savings estimate — even if you decide not to implement anything.

  1. 01

    meeting 30 minutes

which processes take most team time, what data already exists and what you have already tried to automate.

  2. 02

    Diagnosis and calculation

A list of scenarios with savings, cost, risk and data-readiness estimates. Prioritised by value, not novelty.

  3. 03

    Pilot

One process, limited scope, colleague oversight, and a regular log of errors and fixes.

  4. 04

    Scaling or stopping

We compare with the baseline. If savings are confirmed, we expand integrate into systems; if not, we stop and explain why.

Cost

First Diagnosis, then money on implementation

Payment for models and third-party services goes directly to providers for actual usage.

Questions

What usually ask about AI

In practice, it is usually different: AI removes routine work while people handle complex cases and sales. We calculate savings in hours across specific operations, not reduced headcount.

We constrain the model with your data, add testing and answer templates, and hand off complex or sensitive cases to people. For critical scenarios, a person always confirms the decision.

This decision is made at launch: provider and processg region, what is transferred, anonymized and stored. We document it in the agreement; confidential data do not leave the agreed environment by default.

Two parts: the payment model for use and support scenarios. We estimate both before implementation so the solution does not cost more than the manual work it replaces.

Not everywhere. Scenarios based on your documents and catalogue need minimally organized sources. We show exactly what needs organizing during diagnostics.

With the process containing the most repetitive operations. A limited pilot shows real savings and provides a basis to continue or stop.

Start

Let us calculate how many hours your team spends on repetitive actions

A 30-minute online meeting with the founder. We will review your processes and say where AI can save money this quarter and where it would be an expense without a result. We will send a written summary.

We will send confirmation and a meeting link. No presentations – straight to your numbers.
