I – Goal
We define the target action.
Enquiry, purchase, registration, task completion, activation or another result.
ResultAudit evaluates path to specific result, and not interface at all.
We verify the entire journey: what the user is looking for, how they understand the offer, what they compare, where they lose trust and why they do not reach an enquiry, purchase or result.
05 · TrustHere the interface stops supporting decisions: the user has not received answers about price, result or risk.
Not a list of remarks. Causes, priorities and decisions for the team.
When needed UX-audit (6)
The team changes buttons and text without understanding whether the user saw enough reason to get in touch.
Changes without understanding the reason
The problem is sought only in checkout, although the decision may have been undermined earlier during product choice, delivery or trust-building.
They search not where the decision breaks
The team adds hints, although the problem may be in the structure, naming or mismatch with the mental model.
A hint instead of structure
The business keeps paying for manual explanations that the interface should provide.
People compensate for the interface
A new visual style will not remove problems in the journey, information or rules.
New graphics, old problem
Development spends time on local fixes without a shared priority.
Many revisions, no priority
Audit needed to that, as a list of assumptions turns into a redesign budget.

What we verify
01 · Corporate website
We verify the journey from first need to enquiry.
Key resultUnderstanding why a visitor does not become an enquiry and what must change on the path to contact.

02 · eCommerce
We verify the journey from product search to checkout.
Key resultA map of problems from product search to checkout, not merely a list of cart remarks.

03 · Digital product
We verify the journey from first entry to received result.
Key resultUnderstanding, which parts scenario hinder use product and increase load on forsupport.

Not heuristics for a checklist
What this deliversWe analyze the challenge, not the page, which it reviews.
What this deliversIt is clear which answers the user did not receive to next step.
What this deliversThe doubt becomes concrete: it is clear exactly what must be resolved.
What this deliverswe verify not visibility buttons, and readiness its click.
Superficial conclusion
The button is not prominent enough.
Superficial recommendation
Make the button larger and change its colour.
Expert conclusion
The user is not ready to press the button because they have not received answers about price, result or action risk.
Expert recommendation
Add the information missing at the moment of decision, change the sequence and only then verify the CTA.
Who conducts the auditNatalia Sheker personally conducts the audit — product strategist, UX expert and digital-product architect. Conclusions are not delegated to a junior designer using a ready-made checklist.
We do not look for what merely looks wrong. We determine which decisions the interface failed to help users make.

I – Goal
Enquiry, purchase, registration, task completion, activation or another result.
ResultAudit evaluates path to specific result, and not interface at all.
II – Context
Product, audience, data, constraints, support requests and previous decisions.
ResultConclusions take into account business-rules, and not only screenand.
III – Scenarios
The user journey from need to result, including errors and alternative states.
ResultWe see the problem in motion, not in a static mock-up.
IV – Causes
We separate visual symptoms from information, trust, logic and business-rule problems.
ResultThe team fixes the cause, not its symptom.
V – Priority
We assess impact, criticality, reach, risk and fix complexity.
ResultThe work order is determined by impact, not the number of comments.
VI – boundary
ResultIf expert analysis is not enough for a confident conclusion, we will state directly which data or UX research is needed.
Result auditin
Key stages, decisions and failure points.
Not just the place of the error, but its context and effect on the journey.
Why the problem occurs and which decision the user cannot make.
Criticality, reach and impact on the target action.
What to change in structure, information, journeys, rules or interface.
Diagrams, wireframes or annotated fragments for complex recommendations.
Changes that can be implemented without a full redesign.
problems that require revisiting the journey, structure or product logic.
What to do now, what comes next and what does not require change.

The result can be handed to the internal team, a designer or another contractor. Ordering a redesign from Sheker.Agency is not a condition for using the audit.

Order UX-audit
In the first conversation, we discuss the website or product, users, the key journey, available data and the problem the team sees. Then we suggest an audit of one journey, a full audit or UX research if expert analysis is not enough.
If the problem is already clear and does not require an audit, we will say so before starting work.
The first conversation is with the expert who will personally conduct the audit and stand behind the conclusions.
