What we do LaunchMigrationGrowth

Your second approach to the store should be last.

We design eCommerce as a sales system: demand, catalogue, product page, checkout and everything that happens afterwards. One partner from structure to growth.

30 minutes. We will analyse the situation, name the risks and define the next step. No agency presentation.

System thinking

We design a sales system, not a collection of pages.

A store is a connected journey from demand to repeat purchase. One weak link can stop the entire system.

Therefore design, development, integrations, SEO and analytics are decided in one context: the buyer journey becomes shorter and growth becomes manageable.

    Familiar??

Most stores lose not on traffic, but on a foundation.

    Situation 01

There is traffic, but few orders.

People arrive, look and leave. Advertising consumes the budget, but the checkout does not grow.

    Situation 02

The store is holding the business back.

The website is slow and changes are expensive; every promotion or new product requires a developer again.

    Situation 03

Customers abandon their carts halfway through.

A product is added but checkout is not completed. Orders are lost at checkout every day.

We design not separate screens, but the entire revenue-generating journey.

    Result

What changes when the system works as one whole.

    I – Sales

    More sales.

    II – Conversion

    Higher conversion.

    III — Control

    More control over growth.

    IV — Processes

    Fewer losses between processes.

    V – Speed

    Faster scaling.

    VI – LTV

    More repeat purchases.

    VII – Budget

    A more efficient advertising budget.

    VIII – Data

A solution based on data, not feelings.

    One product · one team

With us or not – the difference in the result.

We are responsible for the integrity of the entire journey, not isolated parts taken out of context.

    1. 01Contact
    2. 02Advertising
    3. 03Website
    4. 04Product
    5. 05Purchase
    6. 06Repeat purchase

A sale starts with the first contact: advertising → website → product → purchase. When strategy, design and marketing belong to different contractors, the chain breaks at the joins — exactly where you lose customers.

    01 · Responsibility

    Separate contractors

The designer, developer and marketer point at one another.

    With Sheker.Agency

One team is responsible for the final result.

    02 · Management

    Separate contractors

You coordinate contractors instead of growing the business.

    With Sheker.Agency

We lead the project for you — one contact for everything.

    03 · Strategy

    Separate contractors

Contractors work to a specification, not toward a business goal.

    With Sheker.Agency

We start with business goals, not a technical task.

    04 · Context

    Separate contractors

Design, development and growth live separately.

    With Sheker.Agency

We lead every direction in one context.

    05 · Sales

    Separate contractors

There is traffic, but no sales.

    With Sheker.Agency

Product and marketing are one system that sells.

    06 · Speed

    Separate contractors

Every decision gets stuck between several teams.

    With Sheker.Agency

We make the key decisions together, then implement them.

You stay focused on growing your business – We take care of everything else. Everyone does their work, and you do not need to manage ours.

    What brings them to us

Your situation determines where we begin.

    (01)

The store works, but does not deliver the expected result

There is traffic but few orders. Advertising becomes more expensive faster than revenue grows. You need priorities, not a list of changes.

    Solution

We will audit the entire sales cycle, find points of loss and prepare a plan of changes prioritised by their revenue impact.

    (02)

You need a store for a serious catalogue

You have a product, demand plans. You do not have a store that can handle the product range, integrations and advertising.

    Solution

We design the catalogue structure for real demand launch a store ready for traffic, integrations and growth.

    (03)

    The platform limits growth

Every change costs as much as a new store. Integrations still depend on manual work.

    Solution

We migrate the store to a platform for your volumes, preserving search positions without stopping sales.

      How the work is structured

We agree the catalogue structure before the first line of code.

We start by analysing demand: the niche, competitors and search intent. We build the catalogue structure around it. Next come the buyer journeys. Design and code come last.

This sequence removes the most expensive rework: rebuilding the catalogue after launch.

      Demand → Catalogue → UX → Code

        Frequently asked questions

Questions people ask before starting a project.

The price depends not on the number of pages but on the catalogue, business logic, integrations and data migration. Launch starts at $12,000. We provide an exact estimate after diagnosis, when the scope is clear.

Project results are the client’s commercial information. We do not publish them. Your data will likewise not enter our portfolio or presentations.

Foundation — 4–6 weeks. Growth — 8–12 weeks. Complex commerce — from 16 weeks. The timeline is fixed in the contract after diagnosis.

Yes. Diagnosis is a separate service with its own result: a demand map, loss points and work plan. You can implement it with us or another team.

We prepare the migration plan and redirect map before development, not after release. We align the new catalogue structure with current demand rankings.

We work with most modern platforms. If the platform limits growth, we say so directly and show the cost of migration.

One lead from the first meeting through post-launch growth. They are responsible for timeline, scope and coordination between design, development and marketing. We have worked this way since 2010.

The store moves into growth: monitoring, CRO, SEO and new integrations. The format is a dedicated team from $3,500 per month. If you prefer, we hand the project over to your team with documentation.

        Frequently asked questions

        (01)

        which your SEO-technology?

There are no secret tricks in promotion. We do not know which algorithms Google will release tomorrow — we know how to grow websites in Google legitimately.

        (02)

What is the monthly price of website growth?

From UAH 16,000 per month. Why not less? Because less work at a lower price does not work — it would be unfair to the client’s business.

        (03)

When will I see growth results?

The first measurable changes appear within four calendar weeks. The result is concrete and measurable, without “nano-links” or junk traffic.
